Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to clients in their homes and throughout the community, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients build meaningful skills and greater independence.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral intervention services in home and community environments.
• Collect and accurately document client data and progress.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team members.

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one behavioral support services to clients in their homes and throughout the community. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
