Skill Builders ABA is seeking caring, reliable Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children and families in home and community settings.

You will implement plans designed by BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA, bringing patience and positivity to every session. Join a warm, supportive team that values growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus).
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

About The Role
