Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings.

You will collect data, document progress, and support families while pursuing BCBA-in-Training and college reimbursement programs. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children/ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behaviour and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
