Nyman Associates is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct behavior intervention services in school settings. You will implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA or qualified professional, collect data on student behavior, and support educational goals for students with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from BACB is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD or other developmental disabilities in school or clinical settings.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data on student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.
