Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support learners in homes and the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. You will contribute to meaningful outcomes by delivering ABA services under supervision and engaging with caregivers and the supervision team.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, with competitive pay $20–$25 per hour, plus flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT credential with BACB status (active or inactive) is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes within Indiana.
• Background and reference checks are required prior to starting work.
• Able to demonstrate empathy and intentional ABA delivery in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision in clients' homes and community settings.
• Document client progress and share updates with caregivers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans.

What you'll need to be successful:

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
