Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in community settings around Greenwood, Indiana. You will support learners with autism, collect data, and implement ABA programs under supervision.

Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision by qualified BCBAs are offered. We provide a fast onboarding process, a sign-on bonus, and benefits for full-time staff, including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• RBT Credential active or inactive with BACB.
• Reliable transportation to Indiana homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services in clients' homes and community settings.

What you'll need to be successful:

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)

• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
