Job summary

B Above Services Fort Wayne, IN is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, collaborate with the clinical team, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills, with flexible hours and competitive pay starting at $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
