Job summary

B Above Services in Greenfield, IN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You’ll implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with the clinical team to support children with autism.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay from $23 to $28 per hour, health insurance, PTO and holiday pay, plus comprehensive training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a passion for helping individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
