B Above Services in Crown Point, Indiana is seeking Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the children and families we serve.

You will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on progress, collaborate with clinicians, and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living domains.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
