Anchor Behavioral Solutions is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and in-school settings in Clermont, FL. You will work under a BCBA supervision to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
The role is part-time (approx. 19 hours/week) and non-exempt, with a schedule including afternoons and specific weekdays. A BACB RBT certification and a high school diploma are required.
We're looking for a compassionate and dedicatedRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-clinic team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Type: Part-Time
Hours: Approx. 19 hours per week
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday 1:00 PM- 4:00 PM and Weds 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Provide direct ABA therapy in an in-school and clinic-based setting
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes using Rethink software
Support clients in skill-building and independence
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team

Current RBT certification from the BACB (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred experience in-school and clinic-based)
