Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping our young clients overcome their unique developmental and behavioral challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Clermont, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with ASD, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress, using this information to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed


• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating parent and caregiver feedback


• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including notes, data, and billing information


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy


• Demonstrate a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, with a focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment for clients
