Job summary

Tala Horizon Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-person Escondido, CA role. You will work one-on-one with clients to implement ABA plans, collect data, and support communication, life, and social skills development in a structured setting.

Under BCBA supervision, you’ll ensure accurate data, progress tracking, and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Background in special education, psychology or related field is beneficial.

Schedule: M-F 2-4pm, starting M/W/F (2-4pm or 3-5pm) then increasing to 5 days/week after 3 weeks
Pay: $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)

• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
