Job summary

River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking an RBT in Elwood, IN for in-person support on weekdays.

You will work one-on-one with clients to implement ABA plans, track progress, and help build essential communication, social, and independent living skills in a structured, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices must be understood.

• Background in special education, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.

Location: In-person – Elwood, IN
Pay: $18-$25 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision


• Collect and record accurate session data


• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals


• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)


• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)


• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
