Job summary

River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, is hiring an RBT in Anderson, IN to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive setting.

The role offers a consistent daytime schedule Monday–Friday, competitive pay of $18-$23 per hour, and supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

Qualifications

• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
