Accurate ABA in Maryland seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs designed to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of behavior analysis.
