Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves direct, one-on-one therapy with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, collecting progress data and adapting goals as needed.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), an RBT certification, and experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
