Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services to children with autism and related needs under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support skill development and functional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services under supervision of a BCBA or supervisor.
• Strong data collection and progress recording.
• Accurate documentation of client sessions and progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services one-on-one under supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the team.
• Collect and record client behavior data and progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and progress.
• Communicate with clients, families, and the treatment team.

Join Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, and become part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our team is committed to supporting individuals in achieving meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in a one-on-one setting, under the supervision of a BCBA or RBT supervisor

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure expertise in ABA practices and techniques

• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
