Breakthrough ABA is looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas, as well as center-based services in Cypress, TX.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and report data on target behaviors
Participate in behavior management programming
Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development
Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX
Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
Must pass a background check
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
CNA, PCT, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional, Paraprofessional encouraged to apply
