Job summary

B Above is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children grow through high-quality ABA therapy, offering $23–$28 per hour with flexible full- or part-time schedules.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with the clinical team, and support families while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

About the role
