Job summary

Carelinks ABA seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children, using play-based, naturalistic strategies under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth across home, school, and community settings.

We provide the full RBT training program with a completion bonus. A background check is required; Monday–Friday availability, 20 direct billable hours weekly, and reliable transportation are expected for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; willingness to complete RBT certification with training provided and a $500 completion bonus.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-player attitude.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Physically able to actively engage with clients (e.g., floor play, lifting).

Responsibilities
