Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches, with hands-on training and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain RBT certification within 14 days.
• Pass a background check.
• Availability Monday–Friday preferred.
• Minimum 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, community, or clinic.
• Implement treatment and behavior plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
• Communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and client-centered care.
• Support a safe, engaging therapy environment.

Position Summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We specialize in providing in-home ABA therapy that is grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches. Whether you’re just starting your career or already certified, you’ll be part of a supportive team that prioritizes hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

• Required: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training

$20 - $25 an hour
