Thrive ABA and Feeding Solutions, PLLC in Putnam County, TN seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our home, school, and community–based services team. The RBT will implement individualized interventions under BCBA supervision to improve client outcomes.

Thrive ABA and Feeding Solutions, PLLC is a locally owned and operated ABA company based out of Putnam County, TN. We are looking to add a full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our growing team! We are seeking to employ passionate and reliable team members to provide services in the home, school, and community settings. The RBT will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based behavioral interventions designed to improve the lives of the amazing clients that we serve. This role requires a strong commitment to attendance, effective and efficient communication skills, and the ability to work as a team member.

Duties

• Continually ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Provide one-on-one, evidence-based behavioral intervention based on the treatment plan designed by the BCBA.
• Collect continuous, detailed, and objective data on target behavior and skill acquisition goals.
• Utilize discrete trial training (DTT) and natural environment teaching (NET) effectively.
• Participate in regular team meetings and trainings for professional development.
• Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information/ maintain HIPPA compliance.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the organization.

Requirements/Experience

• RBT certification (BACB issued) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Level 1 Background Check is required.
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities is highly preferred.
