Job summary

Thrive ABA and Feeding Solutions, PLLC in Putnam County, TN seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our home, school, and community–based services team. The RBT will implement individualized interventions under BCBA supervision to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, evidence-based behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document data on target behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Utilize DTT and NET strategies as appropriate.
• Maintain safe, ethical, and confidential practice.
