Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community-based ABA services.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, collaborate with the team, maintain confidential records, and help clients acquire new skills in a respectful, supportive environment. This is a part-time, in-person role with afternoon hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
