Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy KS is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily autism, through in-home and community ABA services. You will implement behavior plans under supervision, collect data, and help develop care strategies to promote progress.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, a willingness to travel 100%, and the ability to work later afternoons, Monday through Friday, in person.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality of medical records.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
