Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community-based ABA services. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives you work with.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data during sessions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination in a hands-on setting

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
