Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism. The role emphasizes high-quality care, safety, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

Positions are available as both part-time and full-time, offering a competitive hourly pay and weekly pay structure along with supportive supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Excellent communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Criminal background check must be clear.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Passion for helping clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
