Description:

Child Builders ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will work closely with clients to collect data, assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, and contribute to the overall success of our services. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings following behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure high-quality treatment.
• Support clients in acquiring skills like communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.
• Provide feedback to the BCBA on client progress and challenges.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in behavior analysis.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
• Full-time and Part-time shifts available

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related fields is a plus
• RBT certification through BACB (preferred) or willingness to obtain training
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to follow intervention plans effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to client locations
