Autism Behavioral Center currently has the largest and most comprehensive campus in New England! Our mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both individuals and families impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive service model including 1:1 in-home therapy, social skills programs, and community programs, all tailored to meet the needs of each individual and family. We value the continuing education and development of our ABA Behavior Technicians to provide gold standard services.
As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work with 1-2 individuals with ASD (at different times), implementing behavior plans as instructed by your supervisor, and conducting daily data collection.
Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized, able to follow behavior plans, responsible, and timely. Experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Part-time (under 24 hours) and full-time (24-30 hours) positions are available. Sessions are after school during the school year and on Saturdays. Early childhood sessions may be during the day.
