Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in the community around Bloomington, Indiana. The role focuses on supporting learners with autism through ABA techniques, with supervision by BCBAs and a collaborative team.

A $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus are offered. Competitive hourly pay ($20–$25) with biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff after 30 days, plus 401(k) after 3 months and opportunities for CE

What you'll need to be successful:

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
