Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, seeks an RBT to deliver in-home therapy in the Denver, CO area. You will work under a BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress. This role supports families and children directly in their homes, coordinating with clinical staff for optimal outcomes.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time options. Medicaid/private insurance verification is handled prior to start.

About the Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
