Job summary

Ach achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA supervision and deliver high-quality ABA therapy. In-home and community-based interventions will be conducted, with data collection using Rethink software to track progress.

You will collaborate with analysts and coordinators, complete daily notes, and maintain records to monitor client outcomes. This role offers growth through a BCBA-in-training path and professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
