Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Austell, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and families, turning individualized ABA plans into everyday progress under BCBA supervision.

You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills, record session data, and participate in supervision and team meetings, with paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities. This is a part-time role.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required
• Ability to meet background check requirements
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

What You Can Expect

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Setting: In-home/Community in Austell, GA
• Training and support: Paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and professional development opportunities

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:
