Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and families in their homes in Cartersville, GA. You'll implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

This part-time role offers pay of $20–$30 per hour, paid training, BCBA supervision, and benefits such as health insurance for full-time employees, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required

Overview

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

What You Can Expect

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday -Friday
• Setting: In-home in Cartersville,GA

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications
