Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home in Woodstock, GA. The role offers part-time hours, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services, recording data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans. Prior RBT certification is preferred, but willingness to obtain certification is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

What You Can Expect

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Setting: In-home in Woodstock ,GA

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:
