Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of various ages in settings including homes, schools, and community locations
• Assist learners in gaining life skills to increase independence, such as communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, and vocational skills
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors
• Accurately collect data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably
• Participate in ongoing training sessions
