Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

April ABA is a clinician-operated, clinician-owned, female, and veteran-run organization dedicated to supporting clinical systems so clinicians can focus on providing high-quality care to individuals with autism.

We are seeking a well-rounded Registered Behavior Technician who shares our values, can work collaboratively, and is committed to protecting ABA services for our field and clients.

Pre-Requisite Skills

Job Requirements

  • Implement behavior analytic strategies for children aged 0-18 under BCBA supervision.
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Meet billable hour requirements and submit documentation daily.
  • Work with diverse autistic profiles, including those with significant behavioral needs.
  • Complete at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
  • Adhere to the RBT Ethics Code.
  • Participate in supervision, clinical rounds, and meetings.
