Hourly Wages:

$25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly to clients in various settings including homes, schools, and communities.
• Assist learners in developing life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, vocational skills).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Accurately collect data and document sessions to inform BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions.
