Achivements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. This role includes in-home and community-based interventions for children with autism, with data collection via Rethink and close coordination with analysts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear level‑two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
