Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. The role involves delivering ABA therapy in-home and in community settings, collecting data, and maintaining accurate progress notes.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress), an RBT credential, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
