Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta, GA is seeking an ABA therapist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young learners and adults with Autism in home or community settings.

You will implement behavioral interventions, develop individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21, and collaborate with the BCBA and RBT team to ensure quality treatment delivery. Supervision is provided and data is recorded daily.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.
• Must possess a High School Degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
• Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day.
• Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit at floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time.
• Experience as a nanny, teacher, teacher assistant, paraprofessional, special education teacher, early childhood education provider, or daycare teacher is applicable.
• Psychology Degree experience is applicable.

• Remain available for required supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
