Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the Brambleton, Dulles and surrounding areas. Earn $23-$29/hr with flexible schedules and part-time or full-time options.

You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills while tracking progress and maintaining accurate notes. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; we’ll support your path to certification if needed.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Ability to work in clients’ homes in the local area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Staying active and engaged during sessions with children.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notesCommunicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
