Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and deliver services in home, school, or clinic settings.

This role focuses on one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and helping clients build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $20-$30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
