Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children, under a BCBA supervisor in a positive, collaborative environment. You will perform in-home and community-based interventions, collect data with Rethink software, and maintain accurate progress notes.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.

• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
