Little Champs ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team.

Hourly Wages

• $25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including homes, schools, and communities.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably.
• Participate in ongoing training.
