Position Overview

Compensation: $20-$23/hour once certified

Schedule: Part-time to full-time, depending on your availability. Evening and weekend hours available, with some morning and daytime hours possible.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you're not yet certified, we can assist you in obtaining certification! In this role, you'll provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adults with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with individuals with autism
