Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We focus on supporting every individual—both those we serve and our staff. As a locally owned business led by BCBAs, we understand the importance of the direct therapy work that RBTs do daily. RBTs are supported with open communication channels with supervisors.

Hourly Wages:
  • $25-32/hour
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to engage and interact positively with individuals with disabilities
  • Willingness to learn and work independently at times
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Assist clients in developing life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, vocational skills).
  • Teach communication and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Accurately collect data and document session notes to inform BCBAs.
  • Attend scheduled sessions reliably.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions.
