Job summary

BH Field is seeking a dedicated RBT in Georgia to provide in-home ABA services in the afternoon. The role involves one-on-one direct therapy, data collection, and close collaboration with BCBA and families. Flexibility to commute to clients' locations is required.

The ideal candidate has 3+ months of RBT experience, an active RBT certification, and a valid driver's license. We offer PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a referral/bonus program for performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.

• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during assessment and prep of learning materials
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

The job duties RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client's behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
