Job summary

BH Field is seeking an RBT for in-home ABA sessions in Manchester, GA. You will provide one-to-one direct services, follow established protocols, and collect data to track progress for clients with IDD/ASD.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols
• Collect and record data on client behavior
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessments and in preparing learning materials
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation

• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
