Job summary

Behavioral Health Field currently seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA direct services in clients’ homes. You will follow established protocols and collect data while communicating effectively with families and supervisors.

The role requires RBT certification, 3+ months of experience, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel to client locations. Catalyst experience is a bonus for data handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience as an RBT.
• Valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license required.
• Must be willing to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and learning material prep.
• Consult with supervisor to ensure effective treatment.

About the role

Lawrenceville, 30045, GA (Monday to Friday 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM)

Sessions: In-home

Salary: $25-30 per hour

Must have reliable transportation.

The job duties RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client’s behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
